Chevening Financial are reacting to the current Covid-19 pandemic in the following ways.
Our priority is the health of our staff, families and clients.
Of course, in normal circumstances, our advisers come into contact with many people on a day to day basis.
Following recent government advice we have decided that, for the time being, face to face meetings will be suspended.
Our team at Chevening Financial will continue to be available should you have any queries regarding your investments/pensions/mortgages or other financial issues.
All staff will be working remotely but we will all have access to our systems.
Obviously all our clients investment values have been affected by the current circumstances and some will have received formal notifications of drops in value. Therefore, as a business we have within the last 24 hours decided to suspend normal working in order to divert virtually all our resources toward engaging with our current clients, even where we have already conducted annual reviews this year or where reviews are not due.
Our aim is to be able to talk to everyone on an individual basis about their own position, making sure we look at things in an individual context. We hope to either get emails or phone calls to most clients within the next few days and weeks but it’s quite a challenge so we hope you’ll understand that it might be longer than we’d ideally like.
In the meantime, should you have an urgent need then please do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone.
